Please list any medications you DO NOT require in the message box. If the message box is left blank, we will process all of the items on your repeat

Once the order sent to Pharmacy, it will take around 72 hours to process.

You will receive an email to confirm your submission.

Pharmacy will endeavour to contact you via text/app when the prescription is ready to collect.

Please note we will NOT share/store the data you fill in this form.
